My first day was a breeze, but not the best nutritionally. It was crazy busy at work which made the time fly, but I forgot my lunch. I ate out with the girls in the office, which is not ideal, especially on my very first day of changing my eating habit. But, oh well. This is life. This is real. It wasn't the first time that I've forgotten my lunch and it certainly won't be the last...maybe not even this week. While my delicious homemade chicken tortilla soup was sitting my fridge, I was ordering a burrito bowl with chicken from Chipotle. No cheese, sour cream or quac. Yes black beans, corn and tomatoe salsa. It was yummers. For dindin, I hade790 calories left for the day, so I opted for a cheeseburger from Dick's. I know, I know, I know. Bad, bad, bad. At least I stayed within the calories for the day and I'm not at all hungry. I also drank tons of water and green tea, so there.
Breakfast: (skipped it)
Lunch: Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl (410)
Dinner: Dick's Cheeseburger (540), a few fries (100)
Daily Total: 1050
